Location

Playas de Nosara is located on the Guanacaste Peninsula, approximately 4.5 hours by car from San Jose. It is also accessible by 30 minute plane ride (Sansa or Nature Air). 

House
Casa Gecko was constructed in 2003. It's design is intended to integrate the main living space, both inside and outside, so that you are always a part of activities. The main room and kitchen flow via two sets of French doors to the covered terrace (which also serves as the dinning room), which flows to the pool and BBQ/Bar area in the back. Located on a quite street, only 500 meters to Guiones Beach, the house is situated facing the jungle affording complete privacy, and quiet. You'll often find yourself awaken in the morning to howler monkeys and parrots in the trees in back. 

There are three bedrooms (one master with queen, one guest with queen and one bunkroom with two bunk beds). Each room as remote controlled air conditioning and ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully equipped including 6 burner gas stove, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser. 

Both bathrooms have walk in showers and foot washes. 

The outdoors in complete with BBQ/Bar area, pool, teak pool chairs and chaise lounges, and a day bed for those post surf naps! All walkways are lit, with a footbath in front (for rinsing after the beach) and full outdoor shower in back.
